Our Carol Stream clinic is growing, and we are looking to add a full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our team.  

At Westside Children’s Therapy, our BCBAs are compassionate mentors who provide individualized programming to clients and foster a learning environment for RBTs.

What You’ll Do: 

• Assess incoming clients for treatment using various assessment tools, and provide a clinical recommendation for weekly treatment hours based on client need
• Maintain a caseload of 8-12 clients and 25 billable hours a week
• Develop individualized therapeutic programs to address client goals, drawing heavily from NET principles
• Support RBTs via mentorship and training for children on their caseload, and providing supervision for 5-10% of an RBTs supervision hours
• Coordination of care with other professionals and disciplines
• Participate in BCBA meetings with the clinic’s BCBA team
• Weekly team meetings with the ABA staff at your clinic

What You’ll Bring: 

• Board Certification through the BACB
• Recent graduate of an ABA Masters or BCBA certificate program with an exam test date
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sincere interest in learning and implementing ABA 
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team
• Passion for working with children with special needs
