Clinic Supervisor

Location: Wheaton, IL

Status: Full-Time

The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the clinic, and modeling Westside’s core values through the development and coaching of clinic staff. The Clinic Supervisor ensures appropriate use of resources, efficiency of workforce, and overall maintenance of the clinic while modeling Westside’s core values.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage daily operations of the facility including staff scheduling, operational action plans, maintenance of equipment and property, client records, and compliance 
  • Foster and maintain employee morale and motivation by modeling and coaching to Westside’s core values
  • Develop and coach staff through: hiring, on-boarding, collaboration, scheduling, communication, training and development opportunities 
  • Analyze clinic metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) according to the required review cadence to drive achievement of clinic goals
  • Collaborate with Leads and Directors and department leads (e.g., billing, intake) to ensure appropriate staffing and documentation across all disciplines of the clinic   
  • Navigate, address and resolve family and client concerns efficiently and effectively with compassion and empathy
  • Implement disciplinary actions and performance management processes aligned with Westside policies and procedures 
  • Maintain annual budget expectations and bring forward opportunities for clinic enhancements and improvements

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2 years of progressive leadership experience within a clinical setting
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience analyzing and coaching to key performance indicators is essential
  • CPR Certification required within 90 days of hire
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
