Westside Children’s Therapy is expanding and we are growing our diagnostic’s team to meet the needs of our clients and the communities we serve. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist you will transform client lives through the assessment, diagnosis, and referrals for treatment of pediatric mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnose disorders, using information obtained from interviews, tests, and records
- Conduct thorough intake and feedback sessions with clients and their families
- Assess for a range of referral concerns, including autism, ADHD, developmental disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and conduct-related conditions
- Oversee testing cases and consult with psychometrist regarding battery changes
- Write comprehensive reports based on test data and observations
- Collaborate with other psychologists and providers regarding case conceptualization and resources for parents
- Case management, when appropriate, including communication with schools and medical professionals
- If interested, opportunities to provide psychotherapy to children and adolescents can be discussed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) in in Clinical or School Psychology (Ph.D or Psy.D) from an APA accredited program
- Internship training and post-doctoral training in psychological assessment and psychotherapeutic treatment with children
- Current Illinois Registration/licensure in Clinical Psychology or license-eligible
- Experience conducting pediatric psychological/neuropsychological evaluations
- Formal training and proficiency administering the ADOS-2 is strongly preferred
- Preference working with young children (ages 2+)
- Passion for working with children with developmental delays
- Excellent oral, listening, communication and self-awareness skills
- Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families
- Training in clinical supervision
- Competence with a variety of computer applications
