Position Summary:
Patient Service Representatives are the face of Westside. At Westside, Patient Representatives welcome and meet with every patient and family that enters our clinic. As a Patient Representative you will be responsible for collecting co-pays, scheduling patient appointments, managing therapist treatment schedules, and communicating essential information to department leads regarding changes to the patient’s schedules, billing or insurance information.

What You’ll Do:
- Patient Scheduling
- Collect co-pays and provide patients and families with updates on their invoices
- Manage patient appointments and regulating therapist schedules
- Update and maintain patient information
- Answer patient inquiries and phone calls
- Assist with patient intake process and collaborate with referral, billing and intake teams
- Establish and maintain relationships with patients and their families
- Ensure all visitors to the clinic are authorized, greeted and provided excellent service
- Manage patient follow and experience by assisting with kiddo arrivals and departures
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at the front of the clinics
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and task switch quickly
- Medical billing experience
- Prior experience working with children
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- Competence with a variety of computer applications including Central Reach
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with children and their families
- CPR Certification required within 90 days of hire
