The Sourcing & University Relations Specialist will support the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of sourcing and talent pipeline development. This position will focus on sourcing strong and diverse talent for both exempt and nonexempt positions within Westside. The Sourcing & University Relations Specialist will create and maintain relationships with colleges and universities for fieldwork and recruiting opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
- Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches and research and sourcing active candidates databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
- Build and nurture a pipeline of talent for future needs
- Convert talent leads to applicants within the applicant tracking system.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to increase and enhance candidate outreach and engagement
- Maintain sourcing databases to ensure all data is captured, updated, and reported properly
- Review resumes with demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of position requirements and business needs.
- Assist with creating recruitment strategies so that we can reach and identify hard-to-fill/niche roles.
- Network and actively promote Westside’s employer brand through creation and utilization of recruitment materials and engagement opportunities
- Research, implement, and maintain leading edge and creative sourcing tools and resources that improve candidate relationship development
- Build knowledge of competitor institutions and use market data and internal productivity metrics to inform sourcing strategy and recruitment methodologies
- Initiate and maintain all fieldwork contracts with universities
- Create and maintain relationships with all current and prospective university fieldwork coordinators to ensure placement of fieldwork students
- Conduct initial interviews with fieldwork students to determine culture fit
- Connect fieldwork students with appropriate Westside therapists for placements
- Schedule and facilitates biannual meetings with fieldwork supervisors and career center staff at universities
- Complete reference checks for fieldwork students and prospective candidates
- Prepare materials as needed for career fairs and fieldwork placements
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Customer Relationship Manager Software
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – with an emphasis on professional email communications
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Strong technology and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, and the flexibility to work as part of a highly collaborative team
