Talent Acquisition Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Mokena, IL


Reports to: Vice President of Human Resources        

Positions supervised: Talent Acquisition Specialists

FLSA Classification:   Exempt

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, in coordination with the Talent Acquisition Specialists, will make hiring decisions to fill open positions at Westside.  The TA Manager will oversee the interviewing and hiring processes, as well as ensure all candidates and hires have an exceptional onboarding to their career at Westside. #IHP

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze and pinpoint current and upcoming hiring needs consistently, utilizing feedback from HR staff, as well as Clinic Supervisors and the Chief Clinical Officers.
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plan and strategies.
  • Review complex hiring needs with the VP of HR, CEO, and Chief Clinical Officers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring that each is fully equipped to do their job.
  • Source and find candidates for hard to fill positions.
  • Conduct the interview and hiring process for specific job openings.
  • Ensure a seamless hiring process that is both professional and reflective of the culture of Westside.
  • When necessary, provide an additional screening on candidates where there may be questions about fit in the role.
  • Extend and negotiate job offers to each prospective employee.
  • Provide feedback for improvement of the onboarding process where needed.
  • Oversee the employee referral program.
  • Attend career and college fairs, or similar events.
  • Determine recruiting KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-5 years of experience in hiring or recruiting
  • Strong leadership skills

 Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience managing HR (preferably TA) professionals

 Special Demands/Requirements

  • Ability to drive to multiple clinic locations
