The new clinic manager at this west side so mean
Very bad attitude I was call about my son sick on last Friday but she told me if my son not feel better don’t bring him in and I have pay $30 fee for that . But my son not sick today

My son attends Westside Children's Therapy, and we are incredibly fortunate to work with Kristen. She is not only kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, but also makes every session enjoyable for my son. He looks forward to his weekly visits because she makes learning fun and engaging. Kristen goes above and beyond by keeping me informed about what was accomplished during each session, so I can support his progress at home. Her communication and dedication are truly appreciated. I highly recommend Kristen and Westside Children's Therapy!

I am very glad that I found the best physical therapist for my baby. Elicia was very helpful and she’s the best PT I have ever seen. She will answer all your questions patiently and will accommodate you if you have any special concerns about your kid’s therapy on going sessions. My little one loves to see her. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean and tidy.

I can’t recommend Westside Children’s Therapy enough, especially for physical therapy. My daughter wasn’t close to walking when we started. When she ended, she was just about running. Natalie P. and Fernanda worked so hard with Dani. You can tell they are truly passionate about the work they do and strive to get great results. We will miss seeing them weekly, but are so grateful for them. They will always be a part of Daniela’s journey.

Everyone here is welcoming and amazing at developing relationships with the children. They make it very clear what they are working on at appointments and what we can do at home to further fine tune the skills they work on every week.

We have had a very positive experience with Westside therapy in Frankfort IL. We have used this therapy center for 1.5 years and never had a negative experience.
we use several services at Westside therapy and I’m always impressed with the attention to detail (never had issues with billing i.e they always make sure to let us know before insurance benefits are maxed)
Their professionalism and patient centered care have been outstanding.
The staff and therapists have gone above and beyond to make my child welcome and comfortable & My son looks forward to, and wants to go to therapy sessions, which really says it all.

Shea is fabulous. She is really making a difference with my child and her eating habits. My daughter made eggs today and she actually tried them. She would never even touch an egg before.
