At Westside Children’s Therapy, our team makes the process from referral to first appointment seamless for families. Within 1 business day of inquiry, a team member reaches out to gather important details and guide next steps based on the child’s needs. We verify insurance benefits on the family’s behalf and provide resources if coverage isn’t available. Initial appointments are scheduled as quickly as possible.
