At Westside Children’s Therapy, our team makes the process from referral to first appointment seamless for families. Within 1 business day of inquiry, a team member reaches out to gather important details and guide next steps based on the child’s needs. We verify insurance benefits on the family’s behalf and provide resources if coverage isn’t available. Initial appointments are scheduled as quickly as possible.

What You Can Expect
Same-Day Scheduling
We contact families the same day referrals are received to schedule the first appointment whenever possible. Immediate access is available for both ABA and pediatric therapy across our clinics.

We help complete all necessary forms, reducing stress and ensuring a smooth start. Missing documents? We’ll handle it.
