Premium Pay For Project Hope Hours.
You’ll earn a premium hourly rate for all hours worked through Project Hope. This premium applies only to Project Hope shifts.
Hourly rates are based on years of experience:
- RBTs: $27–$28 per hour
- BCBAs: $70–$80 per hour
Flexible Schedule. Built Around You.
Project Hope is exclusively for employees who work weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. Hours are available from 3–8 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturdays. We’ll match you with a schedule within these hours based on your availability and client needs.
