Westside Is Hiring for Project Hope: Evening and Saturday RBT and BCBA Positions Now Open

Human Resources, Opportunities

IN SHORT

Westside is hiring RBTs and BCBAs for Project Hope, our evening and Saturday ABA program. We’re bringing on clinicians specifically to cover weekday evenings from 3 to 8 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., a schedule that starts with the clinician’s availability, so more children can get off the waitlist and into care.

Who We’re Hiring

Westside Children’s Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts specifically for Project Hope. If you’re an RBT or BCBA looking for a schedule outside the standard nine-to-five, whether you have a daytime commitment, another job, school, or simply prefer working evenings and weekends, we welcome you to apply on our Project Hope careers page.

Why We’re Hiring for These Specific Hours

Evening and Saturday availability has historically been the hardest gap for families to close. After-school hours are exactly when many kids need extra support to stay on track, and a standard daytime-only schedule simply can’t reach every family who needs care during that window. To staff Project Hope, Westside is actively hiring additional RBTs and BCBAs dedicated to weekday evenings and Saturday mornings, so we can offer more of the exact hours families are asking for.

  • Weekday evening hours: 3 to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday morning hours: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • A schedule matched to your specific availability within these windows
  • Premium hourly pay for all Project Hope shifts: $27–$28/hour for RBTs, $70–$80/hour for BCBAs, based on experience

What This Role Actually Offers You

Clinicians who join Project Hope get a schedule built around their own availability and the chance to do meaningful, mission-driven work on hours that fit their life, while helping Westside expand ABA access and move more families off the waitlist and into care. You’ll work with a consistent caseload, receive the same clinical support and oversight as any Westside ABA role, and earn a premium hourly rate that applies specifically to Project Hope shifts.

PULL QUOTE

“We’re not asking clinicians to squeeze themselves into a schedule that doesn’t work for them. We built this schedule around the hours our team actually has.”

— Morgan Pawula, Vice President of ABA Operations, Westside Children’s Therapy
