This program caters to individuals passionate about serial casting, providing tiered apprenticeship experiences tailored to their skill levels. Applicants should be dedicated physical therapists with a keen interest in advancing their expertise in serial casting.
The goal is to nurture individuals who will form the core of a prominent serial casting institute, rivaling top hospitals in the region. Accepted candidates commit to intensive hands-on casting training, part-time work at SCI, and additional physical therapy work at a Westside clinic.
Upon program completion, participants are expected to commit at least two years to working at the SCI, contributing significantly to its growth and success.
